Orders from the UK

If you live in the UK, under the distance selling regulations you have a right to change your mind within 7 days of receiving the goods. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, which must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the undamaged goods, a refund will be made. Note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and it is advisable to send the goods by an insured, tracked delivery service.

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders from outside the UK

I do not accept returns from countries outside the UK. Orgonite Pyramids are heavy items and the cost of postage to countries outside the UK, where we are based, is prohibitive. Please be assured that the item photographed on the website is the item you will receive. If you have any questions or aren’t sure, please contact me first before placing an order.
